What an amazing Family Day Out at Gatwick Aviation Museum today!
Recently, our preschool children have been showing a real interest in aviation and aircrafts, so our team decided to bring their learning experience to life by planning a special trip to Gatwick Aviation Museum.
Our journey began with the all-important head count before safely getting all our children onto the coach. We sang some of our favourite songs along the way and enjoyed every moment together as we headed to the museum.
Once there, the children had the exciting opportunity to climb aboard some of the stationed historic Air Force aircrafts and explore aviation history up close. They also learned how aircraft engines work and how they help planes fly through the sky, which was both educational and exciting for them .
Parents joined in the fun too, from arts and crafts to dressing up activities, there was something for everyone!
We shared a lovely family picnic while the children ran around happily in the picnic area, laughing and playing together.
To finish off the day, we witnessed the incredible engine run, it was SO loud, exciting, and unforgettable!
